Avoid This Beverage to Reduce Your Risk of Having a Stroke and Heart Attack
Just one of these is enough. One can of Red Bull (or similar energy drink) can boost your chances of heart attack or stroke. This isn’t just for older people, either. Even young people can be effected.
Why? Blood should be pretty viscous. But Red Bull makes your blood unusually sticky. This is due to the caffeine in it (so it applies to all high-caffeine drinks).
Some countries have already banned the energy drink. Uruguay, Denmark and Norway have ruled that Red Bull is a health risk and cannot be sold.
Of the Earth’s 192 countries (not counting Tibet, which is ruled by and counted as part of China), around three and a half million cans of the brand drink were sold in 143 countries in a year. Pretty global reach for the product.
It does provide a boost of energy. Although after that boost wears off you may begin to feel lethargic and crave another boost.
Is it safe?
There isn’t conclusive evidence.
Part of Red Bull is caffeine. So you can compare that to coffee, which is often reported as healthy in certain dosages.
But that’s not all. Red Bull has some OTHER chemicals that we know less about, like aspertame. Plus it has a lot of sugar, which is one of the most unhealthy things people are consuming.
Also, and you may not know this, don;t drink energy drinks when you’re pregnant or lactating (spread the word on that). Don’t drink it if you have issues/condition regarding anxiety or high stress. Its not good for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It’s not good if you have high Blood Pressure or risk of cardiovascular issues, or if you have any blood clotting issues.
Treat anxiety naturally with Just One Herb
Anxiety is a serious problem. So is drug dependence (as well as the cost of drugs). With anxiety, many people have found that using the best CBD hemp oil (for pain, anxiety, etc) is a good way of dealing with anxiety as well as other aliments. If you are interested in finding out more about CBD but you aren’t sure where to look, there are places online that might be able to help. You can also talk to your doctor if the use of cbd products are legal where you live. Just like with anything that you are trying for the first time, it is best to do your research and also it is essential to understand the benefits of what a product claims to do. For something like cbd oil, taking a look at cbd tincture reviews would be good to look into first before going ahead with anything. This way, you’ll know for sure that you have all the relevant information.
Is there a natural way to reduce anxiety or is it just pills for treatment? There may be another way besides pills.
Here’s what has been recommended. St. John’s Wort. And from what I’ve read this is safe. I think people take this for sleeping better as well.
It’s been used for thousands of years, and it is known to calm anxiety.
A recent study by St James Hospital in England found that it was the only herb of those tested that can treat anxiety and depression. They also tested cat’s claw, ginseng, royal jelly, liquid tonic and gingko biloba.
However, I would note that I suspect anxiety and depression is not a particular condition that has just one treatment, but treating those symptoms in a person is probably an individual thing, so trying other (non-dangerous) treatments might be worth a shot. They could work for you.
What does the herb do? Regulate metabolism, acts as a diuretic, improves inflammation response, astringent, purifier, stimulant to heart contractions, restores nervous tissue.

Fab Art DIY PVC Gardening Ideas and Projects
PVC is one of the most useful tools for DIYers. You can make so many things with this plastic piping.
Gardening apparatuses are no exception.
You can drill holes in the pipes and create rows of planters, then you can mount the rows on structures (also PVC) like shelves, stakes (or you can use wood), trellises, triangles.
You can cut the PVC into foot or several-feet long sections and plant those upright and put plants in the top, so those plants can reach above the rest of that section of garden. You can cut think sections of the pipe and make bubble like walls or hangers. You might need some tools for this that you might not have. Check out Buyersimpact.co.uk/ if you’re interested to read some reviews about garden tools.
You can drill smaller holes and make a custom watering system.
You can cut them in sections and plate one round about waist level, another on the base level, and put tools into the holders.
You can build greenhouses — use the PVS as the frame, use wood as the shelves, and use Poly as the walls and roof.
Drinking Water on Empty Stomach Immediately After Waking Up!
Water therapy, or drinking water on an empty stomach, is a very common habit in Japan because of its many benefits for a wide range of complaints, from serious diseases to mild illnesses; Curing them by water therapy has been scientifically proven as effective. A Japanese medical society that conducted studies and research into the matter found that water treatment can indeed cure illnesses like headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heartbeat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear, nose and throat diseases.
This healthful benefit from water therapy is basically because it aids the body in proper digestion, as food intake is the most common source of certain illnesses. It is also helpful in constipation, stimulating good bowel movement as water breaks down food and passes through the intestines smoothly. Warm water enhances blood circulation because it eliminates fat deposits and accumulating deposits in the nervous system.
The most common method of water therapy as made popular in Japan is to drink four glasses of water (4×160 ml) in the morning just after waking up. Then wait for 45 minutes before taking anything else so the water can flush out the toxins and metabolic wastes in your body. You may eat and drink normally after 45 minutes. After breakfast, lunch, and dinner, don’t take anything after 2 hours so as not to dilute valuable nutrients from the food and it is recommended to drink warm water because cold water can actually harden the oil in consumed foods and creates a fat deposit in the intestine.
The amount of water intake needed for your body may depend on your food intake, health condition, age or the climate. But there is no side effect in drinking too much or over consumption of water, though the stomach may feel an unpleasant twinge when the body is not used to large amount of intake. It is advisable to gradually increase your intake each week.
How To Stop a Heart Attack In Just 1 Minute
Ok, this one I’m not too sure about, and I wouldn’t want to rely on it. Anyone have any experience with this? Please comment on the Facebook page to weigh in.
So the word is you can stop a heart attack in its tracks. How? Cayenne pepper. Reportedly, it stops it in around 60 seconds. Can this be real?
Some healers have weighed in favorably:
“In 35 years of practice, and working with the people and teaching, I have never on house calls lost one heart attack patient and the reason is, whenever I go in–if they are still breathing–I pour down them a cup of cayenne tea (a teaspoon of cayenne in a cup of hot water, and within minutes they are up and around).” – Dr. John Christopher, N.D.
Apparently the requirements are that the Cayenne be 90,000 heat units strong to stop an attack. If you are not convinced about this method, maybe it would be in your best interest to look into finding cpr training in toronto (if you live here), so you get a better answer as to what you should do if you see someone suffering from a heart attack.
The recipe is mix 1 tsp cayenne with a glass of warm water.
For unconscious people, the process is to administer tincture or extract by putting drops of it under the tongue (being careful they don’t choke.
Please weigh in on this. I didn’t see anything about Cayenne pepper in First Aid training.

Honey and lemon: A perfect combination can do wonders
Did you know that fasting on honey and lemon juice (an alkaline food) is a beneficial treatment for obesity without the loss of appetite and energy?
This is a natural home remedy for lowering cholesterol levels and cutting down on obesity. How it does this is by mobilizing fat deposits in your body so that they can be used as energy. Energy for what? purifying blood and other normal functions.
Recipe: 1 tspn raw honey, 2 tspn lime/lemon juice in a glass of water. The water should be warm (not hot) and the honey should be unheated. Drink in the morning upon waking up and with an empty stomach. It can also be taken after big meals.
What it can do:
Reduce weight, belly fat, obesity: its fat free, low in calories, and it melts fats in the body.
Cure cough: it removes phlegm from the throat much better than store bought cough syrup.
Cure digestion problems/constipation: its a tonic for digestion. It restores the body’s PH level and improves liver function.
Boost immunity: it boosts the body’s immune system.
Helps with colds and flus: Its rich in Vitamin C. You might want to add ginger slices to the drink here.
Detoxifies: it has antibacterials and antioxidants. They flush out toxins. Its also a diuretic and improves hormonal action.
Antioxidants seem to be a big part of the foods that are being called superfoods these days.
Several compounds belong under the heading, “antioxidants.” Vitamin A, C, and E are there. So are polyphenols in vegetables and fruits.
What they can all do: neutralize harmful molecules in our cells, called “free radicals.”
Free radicals can cause cancer. This is because they have unpaired electrons. Having a single electron makes the molecules reactive. They can attack components inside our cells.
We don’t know where free radicals come from yet for sure. Some are made from reactions in our cells, others come from environmental elements like pollution, UV light, radiation, tobacco smoke.
We do know how to partially protect ourselves against them though. And that includes eating anti-oxidant rich food.
A woman named Crystal Davis felt that she needed to try it for herself. She embarked on a 12 month journey, during which she drank honey and lemon water every morning. She wanted to see if there would really be any difference in her health. In short, Crystal was blown away by what the morning drink did for her and her loved ones.
First of all, to do this experiment, Crystal used all natural ingredients. No chemist-bought, artificial packets or fake honeys. She worked with raw honey and fresh lemon juice. She does admit skipping some days, but, all in all, she tried to follow the protocol as diligently as possible.
After 1 year, these were the main things she noticed:
During the 12 months she was drinking her morning concoction, Crystal developed no cold, flu or digestive problem. There were days when she felt slightly run down, low in energy or had a light headache. However, in the whole year, no illness materialized. She described that as particularly surprising, as she is known to frequently suffer from maladies and bugs attack her readily. She often had quite strong headaches in lots of different locations, which are highlighted on articles similar to https://treatheadaches.com/headache-locations/, so for her to only have light headaches was a huge improvement.
She no longer craved coffee in the morning. It seemed that honey and lemon replaced her need for caffeine. Her new choice of a morning drink came with an additional bonus: no caffeine crash or headache.
She became a morning person. The new morning habit also resulted in a new morning rhythm. Instead of feeling grumpy, Crystal reports feeling energetic and ready to start the day upon waking up.
The potion helped others as well. Crystal introduced her morning drink to other members of her family. They, too, had positive experience and reduced their sick days.
