We all know that renting out property is a great idea, especially if you know what is a good cap rate, but have you ever thought buying a bus would make a good rental investment… as a sleeping unit?
This one sits in a green garden with trees and flowers all around, and is decorated with light-toned decor of wood and cloth.
The floor is wood, as are parts of the consoles and furniture. The worktops are oak and the boarding is painted pine. It has a fridge and a gas cooker.
It has a wood stove as well, set up on a flagstone. For soft furniture, it has a double bed and an L-shaped sofa seat (which can fold out into another bed).
Electricity comes partly from solar panels that are mounted to the roof. There are lights and an electric socket in the bus.
The bus is beside a firepit so you can cook and camp out. And a few steps away is a wooden bath house with a flush toilet and roll-top bath/shower. Here, another woodburner has been installed for cold nights.
The room comes with tealights.
