Here’s a cabover showtruck that came up for sale on the used semi tractors sections of the internet. It’s a 1986 Kenworth K100 double bunk 3406A-DITA out of Holbrook, Pennsylvania.
The truck has had some work done to it, as you can see. It’s been rebuilt and balanced. It was completely stripped and sandblasted, and the cab was also redone, although it has the original stuff except the dog house cover, some new carpet and seats. The paint now is a 4-color imrom job from 2012.
It has a bunch of new gear as well: new fifth wheel, some of the airlines, the air bags, wheel seats, AC.
This truck has won some awards as well in its career: 1st Place @ Louisville KY in 2013 in Antique Combo Class and it won Large Car Mag & Movin’ Out trophies at Carlisle, Pa.

I’m not sure if this one sold or not, but I’m pretty sure not, because no one wanted to pay what was being asked yet, but I can get a hold if anyone really needs to ([email protected]). He was asking $35,000 US for this used semi tractor show truck. The bids got as high as $28,600.
