Let’s look at the interior of this new luxury motorcoach by Newmar — called the “King Aire” for those of you who didn’t recognize the coach photo above.
The dash is graphite, as is the steering wheel — all power — and there’s separate heat control for drivers and passengers seats in this RV. They also have cooling for the seats in the new models.
They use a radio with navigation system and a computer system that switches between the chassis and the house, and there’s the collision-avoidance system that helps prevent this custom coach from crashing into other RVs or other vehicles on the road. The dash is ergonomic.
All the control panels throughout the RV unit are all controlled by the Silverleaf control system. Heat, AC, floors, diagnostics, all can be viewed on the screen above the drivers seat.
New 45 X 19 floor plan. Windows have been widened from previous models. There are two recliners in the main area, and tiles on the floors. The hydraulic slides don’t sit on the floor, they hover above it.
They use fabrics for the interior by Ralf Lauren, and they have two new kinds of wood for the interior: “Cashmere rift oak” and “Havana rift oak” which provide options for looks.
