Introducing a smaller luxury RV motorhome, a Dynamax Force 37FBH that came up on the RVs for sale sites recently. This one in the picture is a 2015 model.
It’s powered by a Cummins 340 horsepower and has 700 pounds of torque. Some differences between this unit — a super C — and a class A. Well, you can start out by opening the hood with one hand after unlatching it. You can just push it to close it as well and latch it up.
You also don’t have the engine under your bed or something. It’s easier to work with, and to some people feels more normal.
This luxury motorhome has a dashboard much like a truck, with a cruise control with a fast idle, also you can’t release your park brake unless the transmission is in gear. It is air brakes.
There is a lot of a view and using the hood in the front, you can get an idea of where you are positioned to the road and your surroundings. Driving as well, the engine is really in front of you, not right under you like in a normal front engine diesel. It’s quieter, too.
You also have a sideview camera to see when you want to turn.
The RV unit has a 10,000-pound tow hitch, and they have the power to easily drive around in the mountains. Visit Coulton RV out in New York (click here). I added some photos from a 2016 of the same model because the pictures were better. Probably more or less the same interior in this interesting midsize motorhome.
