How would you like beautifully groomed feet?
Dry feet can be painful and inconvenient — cracking and hard-heeled.
So how can you get silky smooth skin on your feet?
One way involves ordinary baking soda. Why? Antiseptic properties in the soda.
NOTE: It’s also a quite inexpensive footcare tool.
How to do it:
You require: four or five liters of water and around 3 tbsp of baking soda. Measurements don’t need to be exact — it’s ingredients to create a soaking bath for your feet.
Get the water hot and dissolve the baking soda in it. Soak your feet for a quarter of an hour or so.
Then, when you’re done, give your feet a rubbing with a scrub brush or other instrument for foot cleaning. After that, rub vasoline or nutrient cream on your feet. Put on some cotton socks and keep them on for a couple few hours.
You should notice a difference after just one proceedure. Keep doing it daily for 5 days or a week. Then you can take a week off and do it again for a week. Do this week on, week off thing for three six weeks (three week-long treatments).
Hope your feet feel better.
