This is just an experimental section. Because people have been contacting us wanting to buy vehicles, and some people want to sell them, we’re offering this page here for them to do so.
As you can see, there’s no posts yet. If you want, you can be the first one. Since you clicked here, you can imagine other people will click here.
We’re going to do it like this: If you want to sell a vehicle, you can send us photos and a description of the vehicle (just like you normally do when you sell a vehicle). We’ll post it here. That’s free.
We’re also thinking about offering to try to sell your vehicle for you. What that would mean is we’d use our channels to get potential buyers, and if we found one that ended up buying your vehicle, we’d want 5% of the sales price. Seems fair since we asked around and people said finding a buyer for someone for their vehicle was worth 10%. We though 5 was better, but we’ll see how it goes. This would be on the honor system.
Either way, we’ll need your contact info: name, phone number and email. These won’t be posted with your truck because we don’t want to have privacy issues later on (for example, the truck sells but you keep getting emails about it — we’ll avoid that by just using our own email and then forwarding emails to you).
