7 Home Remedies for Urinary Tract Infections

Urinary Tract Infection DOs and DON’Ts!

DO:

Urinate frequently. Consider cotton (fabric). Do take a nonprescription pain reliever (acetaminophen, ibuprofen, aspirin). Try a condom instead of a diaphragm. Wipe from front to back.

DON’T:

Drink alcohol, caffeine (tea/coffee), have unclean sex.
