I was speaking to a few friends the other day when our conversation came to the topic of weight loss. From where the conversation headed, I noticed that there are many people who want to lose weight. I mean, I was on that boat very recently. As I heard my friends speak about how they or other people they knew planned to lose weight, I laughed. They all seemed to want to spend hours in the gym and starve themselves to lose those unwanted pounds. For all those people who think like my mates do, there is a brighter future for you. Now I’m not saying that you don’t have to eat healthy and exercise, but I am saying that there are other things you can do that make it so much easier to lose weight. The many ways include yoga and eating certain types of food, but the way which I found the most beneficial was to drink smoothies for breakfast. Yes it is that easy. That is all that there is to this part of my weight loss journey.
Now, you can’t drink any smoothie and expect you might lose weight at all, but here are ten that you can drink and will give you the weight loss results that you want… and give you a lot of nutrition…

3. Vegan Milkshake Smoothie (Comprised from a mixture of various vegan products)-Its really good actually
4. Apple Flax seed Cinnamon Smoothie (This smoothies is made out of apple, flax seeds and cinnamon)
5. Chia Berry Smoothie (This one is a combination of yummy berries and the new super food in town, chia seeds)
All these smoothies are really yummy and I would drink them even if weight loss wasn’t on my mind. They provide many health benefits and really help you in losing those extra few pounds
